What is the delivery time?
5 business days from when you approve the design in the Smaqly dashboard. We print with a Danish printer and send with GLS or PostNord to your restaurant address. Rush orders (3 business days) can be purchased for an additional fee.
Can I change the AI design?
Yes. Once the AI has generated 3 design proposals, you can open the selected design in the editor and adjust text, colors, images, and layout. You can also ask the AI to create new proposals with specific changes like 'more minimalist' or 'move the logo down'.
Which formats are supported?
We print A4 and A5 menus, A3 posters, DL flyers (99×210 mm), standard business cards (85×55 mm), A2 posters, table stickers (90×90 mm), and QR stickers (50×50 mm). Special formats can be agreed upon directly.
Do I need to be a Smaqly customer to use the print materials module?
Yes. Print materials require the Professional plan or higher, because we pull the menu, logo, and brand colors directly from your Smaqly account. That’s what makes it automatic — without an account, you would be back with a graphic designer.
Can you print in very large quantities?
Yes. Our supplier handles everything from 50 business cards up to 50,000 flyers. For very large orders (over 10,000 pcs), we will contact you manually to ensure quality and delivery time — typically 7-10 business days instead of 5.
What if I don’t like the design?
You approve each design before it goes to print — we don’t print anything you haven’t approved. If none of the 3 AI proposals hit the mark, you can request new ones, edit yourself in the editor, or book 30 minutes with us for personal design assistance (included in Business+).
